Refund Policy
- Digital Products & Services: Refunds may be offered within a set period (usually 7–14 days) of purchase; after this, digital/AI products are generally non-refundable unless proven defective.
- Advance Payments: Payments made in advance are typically non-refundable, especially for services that have not commenced.
- Completed Projects: Once a project or service is delivered and accepted, payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: Users can cancel a project or order before the work commences without incurring a fee; cancellation after work starts is charged for work completed until cancellation.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation: The service provider reserves the right to cancel if terms are breached. In such cases, fees for work completed up to the termination date apply.
- Digital Downloads: Cancellation of digital product orders is usually allowed within 24-48 hours of purchase if the product hasn’t been downloaded.
Process
- All requests should be sent via official email with full project/order details.
- Refund requests must be supported by evidence of technical issues or unmet deliverables for eligibility.
