• Prompts & generated forms — the descriptions you enter into the builder and the forms produced from them.

• To create and manage your account and provide access to the builder.
• To respond to requirement submissions and support requests.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our features and models.
• To keep the service safe and prevent abuse.

Prompts you submit to the builder are processed by a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate form code. We send only the text needed to fulfil your request and do not include account passwords in those requests.

We store your data on secured infrastructure and protect passwords using industry-standard hashing. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the product (such as hosting and AI generation), and where required by law. These providers are bound to handle data on our behalf.
