These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of aiinfratech.com and related services (the “Service”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AIInfraTech is an AI-powered tool that generates form code from plain-English descriptions and exports it to formats including HTML, React, Next.js, and Shopify. Access to the builder is provisioned after you select a plan and we set up your account.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service as your own without permission.
• Generate content that infringes the rights of others.

Paid plans grant access to the features described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed as stated on the pricing page. Access is activated once your requirement submission is reviewed and approved.

The Service, including its software, branding, and design, remains the property of AIInfraTech. The form code generated for you through the builder is yours to use in your own projects.

AI-generated code is provided “as is.” While we aim for high quality, you are responsible for reviewing and testing any output before using it in production.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIInfraTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
